This OvisLink call center headset is simple to use. Just connect the headset directly to Cisco IP phone's headset jack, press the headset button on the Cisco IP phone keypad, the headset will work. Headset features, such as volume, mute, hold, etc are controlled by the phone's keypad.

This OvisLink headset model comes with two quick disconnect cords. One with RJ9 connector that connects the headset with most Cisco Unified IP phone models. One with 2.5mm quick disconnect cord that connects the headset with Cisco SPA small business series IP phones. No need extra adapter.
