Warranty

All OvisLink headset products come with 2-year limited warranty. Defective headsets can be returned for repair within two years. Physical damage, devices damaged from lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and software update, other "acts of god" are not covered by our warranty policy. If the defective product cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for the same model. If the model is unavailable or discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar model has similar functions. If a suitable model cannot be located, a credit will be applied to your account.

How does the warranty work:

All OvisLink headsets come with warranty. If there is a problem with your headset, please email support@ovislink.com. To help us locate the problem fast, on the email, please provide the OvisLink order number, the product’s serial number (headset's serial number is on the white tube on the headset cord), your telephone's brand and model and the problem with as much detail as possible. Our support team will reply your email on the same business day.
If the OvisLink headset is purchased through Amazon, email us at support@ovislink.com Amazon order ID instead of OvisLink order number. Also the product’s serial number (headset's serial number is on the white tube on the headset cord), your telephone's brand and model and the problem with as much detail as possible. Our support team will reply your email on the same business day.

How does 30 day guarantee work:

Within 30 day, you may send your OvisLink product back for exchange or full refund.
Comfortable and voice quality are the most important things for who use a headset for business. OvisLink guarantees our customers satisfy with our products. If you don't feel comfortable with the headset you purchased; the headset voice quality not good enough; or the headset is not compatible with your device as described on ovislink.com; you may return it for refund within 30 days to get full refund and we'll email you a return label!
OvisLink headsets are compatible with the device on the compatible list. If your phone model need to setup, like activate the headset function, or program and headset key on your phone in order to use with a headset; OvisLink tech support will provide you detail instruction.

Return for Exchange:

If you purchased an OvisLink headset that doesn't compatible with your phone, you may send it back to exchange to the correct headset model with in 30 days. Send an email to support@ovislink.com, with following information: OvisLink order number, the product’s serial number (headset's serial number is on the white tube on the headset cord), your telephone's brand & model and the problem with as much detail as possible. Our support team will reply your email on the same business day.

Return for Refund:

We accept returns for orders placed within 30 days. To return an order, please send email to support@ovislink.com. On the email, please provide the OvisLink order ID, the product serial number (headset's serial number is on the white tube on the headset cord) and the reason for return. We will reply with return instruction on the same business day.
