☝ Some Mitel phone models need to activate the headset function to use a headset with it. Some Mitel phone models need to program a headset key to use a headset.

It’s not extremely comfortable and feels a little bulky, but the biggest problem I have is the caller sounds muffled which is a problem.OvisLink Reply:Looks like you ordered a wrong headset model for your telephone. The headset model you order, OVHS-SOM5-MTL is only for Mitel phones. If you use it with different telephone brand, it may have problems like, the caller sounds muffled, no sound on the speaker, noisy. Please contact OvisLink tech support at support@ovislink.com with your telephone's brand and model. We'll exchange to the correct headset model for you.
