This OvisLink call center headset model comes with two quick disconnect cords, one with RJ9 connector for Cisco Unified IP phones have RJ9 headset jack at the back of the phone, one with 2.5mm connector for SPA small business IP phones have 2.5mm headset jack at the lower right hand side of the phones. The headset is designed directly connected to Cisco IP phone's headset jack. No need additional adapter. To make it simple to use, all headset functions like volume control, mute are controlled by the phone's keypad.
