How do I create an account? | |
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Login" to your account, click the "My Account / Order Status", there will be links for you to edit your account information. |

How much is my shipping? | |
We provide free ground shipping with U.S. If you need to use different shipping methods, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |

When will my order ship? | |
Orders placed before 2pm Pacific Time normally shipped on the same business day by USPS or FedEx. The tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped on the same day. Orders normally delivered within 7 business days.
