Do I have to pay sales tax?
 
If you're located in California, we charge 9.5% sales tax. We don't charge sales tax for if you're not located in California. If you're located in California, but you have California resell permit or tax exempt certificate, email us the certificate, we'll change your account to tax exempt for you.
I have a question on my charges.
 
Login" to your account, click at "Review Orders" to check your order history see if there is amount match with the charge. If there is still question, please email to sales@ovislink.com. We'll reply you with details on the same business day.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
 
An invoice is emailed to you automatically when you place an order. If you can't find the invoice in your email, Login" to your account, click at "Review Orders" to the order and download the invoice.
If there is any typing mistake on the email address when you placed the order, you'll not be able to receive email and not be able to login with the correct email address. In this case, send email to sales@ovislink.com with the headset's serial number (on the headset cord). We'll reply you with the invoice and correct information.
When will my credit appear on my account?
 
If you returned a product for refund, we'll issue refund to the original charge method once received the return item correctly. A refund notification will be emailed to you when we issue refund. You should be able to see the refund status on your order record by login to your account on www.ovislink.com.
When will my credit card be charged?
 
If you place an order on our website with your credit, the credit card company will authorize us to charge your credit card right the way and hold the fund from your credit balance. We'll charge your credit card before we ship your order out.
