Orders placed before 2pm Pacific Time normally shipped on the same business day by USPS or FedEx. The tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped on the same day. Orders normally delivered within 7 business days.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? | |
To change quantities or cancel an item in your order, Login" to your account, click at "Review Orders" to get on the order details to make the change.
Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Orders received by 2 PM Pacific Time normally shipped on the same business day. |

Login" to your account, click at "Review Orders" to find the tracking number and search the tracking number on the courier's website. If the courier record indicates the shipment has been returned to sender for some reason, or have no update for a few days, please email to sales@ovislink.com. We'll reship your order.
