How to use Headset with Polycom Phones

Polycom phones have dedicate headset jack. Connect OvisLink headset to the headset jack and press headset key on the phone’s keypad to use headset.

To prevent echo and get the best voice quality from headset, turn Echo Cancelling function on Polycom phone as following instruction:

1. Press the Menu button on the phone.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Go to Basic.

4. Select Preferences.

5. Select Headset.

6. Select Echo Cancellation.

7. Select Enable.

8. Once enabled, press the left arrow key to go back to the home menu.
