Nortel (Meridian, NorStar) Business Phone Call Center Headset

The OvisLink Single Ear Call Center Headset model OVHS072-NTL comes with a RJ9 Quick Disconnect cord. It is designed to be directly connected to Nortel, Meridian and NorStar Business phone's headset jack. No amplifier is needed. Headset volume can be controlled by the volume buttons on the phone's keypad. To activate or deactivate the headset connected with the phone, simply press the headset button on the telephone keypad. This OvisLink Call Center headset model services with solid, crystal clear voice quality when use with Nortel, Meridian and NorStar Business phones.

The OvisLink OVHS072-NTL is a corded Call Center headset with Over-the-Head design. It comes with two parts, the upper part (headpiece) and the lower part (cord that connects to the phone). The upper part includes an earpiece (speaker), an adjustable headband, a microphone with rotatable boom, flexible stem and an upper cord. The lower part is a Quick Disconnect cord with RJ9 connector that connects the headpiece to Nortel, Meridian and NorStar Business phone's headset jack. With the Quick Disconnect design, user can easily disconnect the headpiece from the lower cord when needs to walk away from the desk.

OvisLink Call Center Headsets' key features include Acoustic Shock Protection (when the electric overcharge signal of 6v or above comes to the receiver, it will be cut off automatically), Noise Cancelation, lightweight, leatherette ear cushion, flexible microphone boom, adjustable headband and Tangle-Free coiled Quick Disconnect cord. OvisLink Call Center Headsets are designed for users who work in call centers, service centers or sales departments and talk long hours on the phone. Headphones

One word for these headphones love, they make my job much easier with two hands I work for h&r block and in the office there is a lot of noise and the phones aren't very clear but now I can hear the client I am hands-free and anyone that needs these headphones really need to buy them their worth the money you pay.

Headset

Purchased this headset for our customer service person to use with our legacy Nortel phone system. The headset works great and allows adjustments to make it fit properly on the head and the flexible mouthpiece allows proper distance from the mouth.
