Complete satisfaction
Since I am hard of hearing, I was searching for a headset with volume control to plug into my phones. I must commend the customer service agent for her patience and her commitment to finding exactly what I needed. I felt taken care of as a customer. What I particularly like about this product is that the volume is preset to a very high level. The way most people would adjust it is to turn it down to a level comfortable to their hearing. On the contrary, since my hearing is poor, I don't turn it down much or at all to achieve the loudness I want. I had been using a more complicated amplifier system already, but this headset has amplification built in. Plus, this system is considerably less expensive than the amplifier I had been using. Considerably less expensive. I only wish I had discovered this equipment earlier. It is a pleasure dealing with OvisLink. Great customer service, excellent product, and very fast delivery.
