The OvisLink Dual Ear Call Center Headset model OVHS084-V25 comes with a 2.5mm Quick Disconnect cord with mute and volume control. It is designed to be directly connected to Home Office phones' 2.5mm headset jack. The headset volume is control be the volume switch on the Quick Disconnect cord. To activate or deactivate the headset connected with the phone, simply press the headset button on the telephone keypad. The OVHS084-V25 is corded dual ear Call Center headset with Over-the-Head design. It has two earpieces that cover both ears, helps user focus more on phone conversation. The headset comes with two parts, the upper part (headpiece) and the lower part (cord that connects to the phone). The upper part includes two earpieces (speakers), an adjustable headband, a microphone with rotatable and flexible boom and an upper cord. The lower part is a Quick Disconnect cord with mute button, volume switch and 2.5mm connector that connects the headpiece to Home Office phones. With the Quick Disconnect design, user can easily disconnect the headpiece from the lower cord when needs to walk away from the desk.
