Exactly what I needed

What this is is a link that plugs into my smart phone and then allows me to plug a 2.5mm headset into it so that I can hear the voice on my phone more clearly and a little louder.  As usual your customer service agent was very knowledgeable and directed me to the product and I purchased it immediately.  It arrived very quickly and I tested it out by calling a friend. No problems at all. I commend your product line and your very helpful customer service for making this purchase easy for me. It is a pleasure dealing with this company. I only wish I had found out about you earlier.
