Polycom Phone Call Center Headset
OvisLink Single Ear Call Center Headset model OVHS072-PSP has been designed to connect to most Polycom phone headset jacks. This model is a corded single ear headset with Over-the-Head design that comes in two parts; the first part is the upper part called the headpiece and the lower part is the cord that connects to Polycom headset ports. This headset comes with two types of connectors; the first connector is a RJ9 Quick Disconnect cord and the second connector is a 2.5mm jack Quick Disconnect cord. With the Quick Disconnect design, users can easily disconnect the headpiece from the lower cord that is connected to the phone to walk away from their desk when needed.

How does this Polycom headset work?
For Polycom phones with RJ9 jack:
Connect the RJ9 connector directly to the headset jack at the back of the phone. Press the HEADSET button on the telephone’s keypad to hear a dial tone, and dial a number to make a call. Headset volume can be adjusted through the phone’s keypad. To adjust the headset speaker volume, press the headset key, then press the volume buttons on the telephone’s keypad. All the functions on the telephone’s keypad work with the headset when the headset key is pressed. What’s even better is that no amplifier is needed when using OvisLink headsets.
