    it did not sync up with my Yealink phone, even though the information on line said it would.  I cannot use it.

    I had a hard time finding a headset that did not hurt my head and ears.  This headset fits perfect and you can hear very well.  It was easy to pair with my office phone and holds a charge all day which is a plus in my book.  I would highly recommend this product
